3) Be Honest.
Being truthful is essential in any relationship, business or personal. Lying and sneaking around will always catch up with you in the end, resulting in more headaches, angry messages, and even breakups.
4) Be Personal.
It is not always necessary for a business to be solely about business. Make an effort to connect with your customers on a more personal level. Inquire about how they’re doing, how their weekend was, or how their children are doing. It helps them feel more connected to you, humanizes your organization a little more, and, once again, builds that trust that is so important to the success of your relationship.
5) Ask Questions.
The more you can learn about your bpo customer and their business, the better your chances of exceeding (and even surprising) them. Even if the questions are difficult to ask or your client is hesitant to share, try to learn as much as you can about them.
